Non-disclosure agreements
Use the agreement that matches the relationship. SharpSigma standard NDA forms are maintained as controlled PDF documents for review, signature, and recordkeeping.
Client Mutual NDA
For prospective and current clients sharing drawings, specifications, BOMs, pricing, process information, business plans, data, or other confidential information with SharpSigma.
Partner / Supplier Mutual NDA
For manufacturers, suppliers, consultants, specialists, and other delivery partners who may receive or provide confidential information in connection with SharpSigma work.
Using your own NDA
If your organization requires its own confidentiality agreement, send it to hello@sharpsigma.com for review. Acceptance is subject to written execution by an authorized SharpSigma representative.
Confidentiality through the delivery chain
Where an engagement requires approved suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, or specialists, confidential information should be disclosed only to the extent reasonably necessary for the work and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. Project-specific requirements, including export-controlled or otherwise regulated information, must be identified and agreed before transfer.
